What should my child wear for gymnastics?
For the first class we recommend that children wear t-shirt and shorts/leggings or a leotard. Please do not go out and buy special clothing until you know it is an activity your child is going to enjoy. We offer a range of clothing including leotards and T-shirts.
Hydration:
Please make sure your child has a bottle of water with him/her for the session.
Can parents/guardians watch?
Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and watch the class but please feel free to leave your child with us if you wish. Parents that choose to spectate must ensure that they do not distract children/give instruction to children whilst under the care of the coach during the session.
