Classes

We provide recreational gymnastics classes for both girls and boys.

During these sessions gymnasts will benefit from the following:

  • Balance

  • Flexibility

  • Strength and Stamina

  • Co-ordination

  • Spatial Awareness

Our coaching priority is to focus on individuals as everyone is different.
We may then find the best solution for each individual to learn new skills and be able to move onto the next level.

Tiger Roll GC offers the following classes on Sundays.

  • 10:00am-11:30am Advanced 7-14 years old – Spaces are still available

  • 11:30am-12:30pm Foundation 6-8 years old – Spaces are still available

  • 12:30pm-1:15pm Pre School 3-4 years old – Spaces are still available

  • 12:30pm-1:30pm Foundation 5-6 years old – Spaces are still available


As our classes get booked up extremely quickly places are offered on a first come first served basis.

If classes are full you will be offered a place on our waiting list.
